I’ve worked with them over 5 years now on debts I have owed. They are always very nice and helpful and work with me on payments. I have even had medical bills I was able to re bill to insurance and I didn’t have to owe. I have dealt with a lot of other debt collectors who are rude and treat you like a loser. PSC has never treated me badly and have always spoken to me with respect and to help not just collect no matter what. Now I’ve been able to use the Dave Ramsey method and have debts paid off and saving money.

I've had shared debts for years and only recently have had to weed through everything trying to repair my credit after a divorce. I have been in contact with two agents (I think Melissa and Chris) neither experience has been difficult. They explain everything and are willing to work with payments and if you want to offer a settlement they do ask for your financial/income information which makes complete sense. Honestly, I know things are tough for a lot of us, but they didn't create anyone's debts and it wasn't passed to them to take care of by the account holders without good reason. They have a difficult job to do guys and I'm sure it's not their favorite activity. They are human just like us and I'm sure they have become a little thick skinned because I can't imagine collecting money from people is exactly a smooth situation and I'm sure it's tiring being yelled at and blamed for a financial situation they didn't create in the first place. They answer every question I've ever had, given me helpful advice and have been super reassuring and very transparent. I have multiple accounts with them and it's overwhelming and of course it's not fun... It's debt... Just be nice, I've literally never had a bad experience. I will update once I've taken care of my collections, but I'm sure everything is going to go smoothly.

The staff at PSC have been very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I would highly recommend supervisory training for the manager. Having a debt with this agency somehow makes the staff feel like they have authority to talk to people in very undermining and unlawful ways. This agency needs a new training system.

This company has completely ruined my livelihood I lost my job and home and missed a couple payments and they send out a court date that I never received until after the date...because I was homeless and jobless for a period and I became unemployed and moved then they win the judgement because I was unable to attend and knew nothing about it until after the fact...Not to mention all of this is happening in the middle of a pandemic where my significant other lost her job and we have five children to support...I am the only income and I haven't been able to pay the judgement because we were waiting on taxes because we are living check to check...Now today I get a writ of garnishment dated the 5th but post marked the 18th which means they sat on it for atleast 10 days before they mailed it..adding another 400 dollars to the debt and attempting to garnishment my wages and put me in the streets again...They have no empathy or understanding...

Having to pay medical debts is never a great experience. However, I have talked to Chris every time I make payments and he was the representative I initially started my payments with. Chris has always been extremely polite and professional. I appreciate how easy it has been to work with them over other debt collectors I have dealt with for medical bills.
