I've been donating blood for quite some time here and they are always relatively quick, friendly and thorough. Their procedures are safe and clean. I find the staff very knowledgeable. The first time I donated was on Halloween and the phlebotomist was dressed as a vampire. That's funny.

I am pro donating blood, it literally saves lives. But this company is like a shiny apple thats rotting on the inside. Working for this company was a huge let down. I wanted to be there, I loved the donors. You will never meet so many kind and giving people Working at the blood bank. For most of the people hired on we find a very confusing work environment. A company that preaches kindness with out showing it to their own co-workers. The women in charge of this place are a toxic clique from the manager to the team trainer. They don't even like their CEO. Returning donors will notice the revolving door of phlebomist. It's because the stress isn't worth the poor pay of 16. A new employee should be able to feel like they can ask the more experienced employees from help but most often you'll find a cold shoulder.

What great customer service. The ladies there are amazing. The more consistent you are donating, the more they learn about you and you catch up with old friends each time you donate. I love it!
