This place suggests rapid rehousing. I was homeless for 3 months and they couldn't do anything for me. I was told I'd be getting calls or help and nothing. The folks who assisted me made me feel reassuring, but that's as far as it went. I know they pride themselves on helping the needy but they really need to get their resources together better.

Called to get information on getting an appointment and what other things I would need in order to get help and was given zero answers to my questions and when I asked to speak to someone else, I was rudely hung up on. How is anyone supposed to get help through this place when they won't answer questions and then hang up on you?
This place is the worse ever!!!!! I called around places they said they can’t do nothing since now everything had came in saying programs have to go through them. I’m five months pregnant sleeping in my car for three months waiting on them. I wish I can find out who’s funding them because they need to stop and I hope they read this please understand these people have not helped me you call they say you didn’t get picked I’m sorry and hang up the phone. I have a beautiful daughter on the way and I don’t want my baby growing up in a shelter or my car I can’t afford to lose my first child at 18 I just prey I get help all I need is a few months of help so I can get my money together so I can provide for my baby.
I think it's cool that they will receive the homeless' mail from the mailman & handout their mail to them. Associated ministries is open from 1pm to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday they're closed on Wednesdays
Associated Ministries is a good place to go when your in need of help... And the staff are awesome tooooooo!!!!
