From their customer services, it was tip top. The receiptionist always friendly and helpful. Information given was clear and professional. I'm really comfortable with their attitude and environment. (But they really need to improve the system technology in access monthly statement, bank transfer etc)

Friendly, professional staffs! I always having issue with THJ staff from other branch, but IFiC KL Central is totally awesome. Their service are fast and efficient, the space are ample and cozy. You cant ask anything and do multiple transaction/ service in a single counter without having to take another queue number (like other branch/other banks).
Good location & helpful staff. Evn d policewoman smiled. Yeaayye! Difficult to find. We ended up circling KL Sentral twice till help came fr a staff fr d other TH building. Tip : follow yr waze very2 closely or u mgt miss d right turn into a small lane. It is actually sumwat opposite d departure drop off.
Done my Hajj registration here. Very helpful staff. Counter not so busy after lunch. It is advisable to take LRT to come here. Sicne parking was quite hassle. Hehe
The service of one of the officer shows he is lacking on customer service and just ask my mom to come again. Overall the staff at frontdesk were customer friendly. Location easy to locate near KL Sentral.
