One of the first parks in Iran. During the day it harbours a kind of bustling flee market. Good starting point for day trips with shared taxis. At terminal end (Mohaqeqqi street) budget hotels line up.

A nice park in Tabriz with a famous tower in the middle and the tram monument just across the street. Ideal for a pic-nic or just a walk.

I love this garden, which is not really a garden it is actually a park. In the past it was an entrance of the Tabriz grand bazar. By the time it became park. And now that entrance is called Gajil. The area is famous in Tabriz. When you go toward the east it will be more crowded and more historical buildings located there. GHONGHA, the first train's statue is in front of the park. Tabrizi elders come here and they can tell you stories about the city and the history of Tabriz. I had this experience and talked to them about PisheVari, who bad the so-called government for turks, which some pan-turks adore him. They want to be separated. But stories are against him. You can feel Tabriz's history here.
