We went tonight for a Christmas Eve date night. Our waiter, Terrell, was very attentive and made the entire experience more fun. We had the quail as an appetizer which was really well balanced and unique. Our meatloaf and chicken entrees were really well prepared and the brussel sprouts were inspiring. The dessert was exceptional and the toffee cake rose above the meal as a wonderful end to the meal. After the meal we were greeted by the chef who was interested in our feedback on the meal. This establishment clearly is working hard to create a unique and pleasant experience. Well done by everyone!

Great space. Great server. Great hostess. Food was delicious. I had prime fillet. My coworker had the prix fixe. He chose the meatloaf main course and said it was delicious. My steak and Brussel sprouts. Excellent. I had one of the best rye old fashioned I've ever had. The manager checked on us twice. Could not have been happier with this experience. Thank you.
This restaurant is wonderful. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is awesome. The food is delicious and it's a place that you want to visit. We will be returning sometime in the near future.
Went for my birthday. Hostess had a birthday card waiting for me at our table. Our server Terrell was fantastic! Very attentive! Had blackened fish with Brussels which was mouth watering. My sister had shrimp and grits which were really nicely seasoned and creamy. Got a birthday desert and Terrell sung happy birthday to me. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Definitely will come again! Thank you for the great hospitality
Our first time. It was great!! I’ve heard good things about Table 28 so we decided to come for our anniversary. It was a good time but I think our server was new. She couldn’t give suggestions on any food items, she didn’t come check on us to do drink refills. (I got thirsty). She could not remember who got what food order when it came out. We had to switch the plates around. We could tell she was inexperienced and nervous. We still tipped decently for her. Food was pretty tasty. Lots of flavors we hadn’t tried before. The sweet potato soup is kind of insane, the chicken skins with pimento cheese is good. We really liked the hummus! I got the blackened red fish. It was really good with Brussel sprouts. And the wedge salad is great. My wife’s duck was a little rare on part of it. We should have had them cook it a little longer. It was still good though. The Mac and cheese is really good, she loves that. There was a musician playing acoustic guitar and singing that night. She was good and had a good voice. But when she took a break the background music was for a dance club, like Soulja-boy. Who wants to listen to Soulja Boy during a romantic anniversary dinner? Overall I would try it again, but honestly the experience was a bit pricy for the evening we had in my opinion. We still made the best of the night and had a great time. *edit* 11-10-20 I would like to take this time to edit my review. The general manager Jeff has personally called me and assured that the music like that would never happen again. The customer service I have received is outstanding, I am pleasantly surprised. We cannot wait to return and have another try at Table 28!
