Spectacular. Perfect old school service. the Cocido is great but so is the rest of the food

Excellent service lovely atmosphere, however food while high quality was lacking in presentation and flavor and variety. Unfortunately you know when a menu is laminated the choices are going to be very static. Wish it was better, in a cute little neighborhood food came fast but not very interesting.
A great place to eat the famous Madrid style stew \Cocido Madrileño\ (made of cheak peas, different vegetables and various kinds of meat, such as jamón (cured ham), beef, chicken, chorizo (spicy sausage) , morcilla, etc.)a dish to try by all visitors, since it's the local dish
Famous for the Cocido, unfortunately only for lunch
