Im all day in home, I wait 5 days to my package but don't come next i call because on side i have information they come but I wasnt in home. Im all day wait in home!! Next day send information i must go for my package 40 min to pakkeshop!!

I have had experience of online shopping from BOOZT! Received an email and sms from GLS about delivering my package to pakkeshop! While it was not delivered! Yes! My parcel lost! It’s been more that 2 weeks from that time! Noone follow up and replied my email! I see no customer support in this case and desperately feel lost! This experience was horrible!
They pretend they rang the doorbell and said we weren't home even though we were awake and didn't hear anything! We called customer support because I had paid for home delivery and they said they couldn't do anything. Later on I find out they managed to place the package far away where I don't have a possibility to get to it.... Instead of just placing it in the gls pakkeshop that's right next to where I live. I am very disappointed because now I have to stress to get my package before I travel to another city.
Will it really takes 3 days to deliver a package which was send 50 km away? Jylland I'll understand, but from Helsingør to Roskilde? This was the last time I'll use this company service, only Post Danmark - at least they can always deliver packages on time and have time to respond to my question
Disaster level of the service, never again with GLS.
Plain bad service. 4 days to reschedule a delivery, just pathetic. Staff on the phone provides false information,which does not help.
I have called GLS and, although being initially disappointed because the pre-recorded message was only in Danish, the help I have received was excellent, quick and professional.
The guy has delivered the parcel and it says been received by Watts and watts says has never received it. Taking nuts, GLS!!
