from the first contact after the death of my mother they were there within 30mins. Jo contacted us to come in and arrange the funeral details with them nothing was to much even down to the at the cars one for newport and one for pontypool where we met for the survice. Which also went very smoothly. Cannot thank the company enough especially Jo and the aftercare service that has been provided. Many thanks.
