T. F. Morritt Funeral Directors

After speaking to MARK on the telephone i was amazed at his reply. If this is how he conducts a funeral then i would certainly NOT be using morritt's.He was rude, unprofessional and downright ignorant beyond belief. During a sad time at the death of a loved one we wanted a little bit of respect. If he had been too busy he only had to take our telephone number and say someone will 'get back' to us later instead of uurgh i'm not at home I can't do owt. I shall certainly be passing this onto everyone i meet - as they say 'word of mouth' goes a long long way. I would have rated less stars if this had of been possible ! No appologies from them either.

It was such a devastating time and I was stressing out thinking about everything I needed to do to plan the funeral but T. F. Morritt took care of everything. It was so much easier than I could ever think. They kept in contact with me, updating me along the way. The funeral itself was definitely value for money. I was so pleased. Everyone commented on how lovely it was. I would recommend their services to anybody. Thankyou
