Cheap and nice product, worst customer experience I ever had until Kasper came to help me. This company is a joke, and I'd honestly recommend everyone to just buy from a different store. My over all experience has been a joke. And the security guard smelled heavily of booze.

Hi. So I bought a gaming lapotp, Hp Omen 15 from Power Sonderborg. After 20 days of using I noticed that I had a dead pixel on my display. Because I was under 30 days I knew that I can go at the shop and ask to replace my laptop. I did that but they gave me one that was already used and it was on for re-sale. I asked if it's everything alright with the laptop and they said everything is fine and it was checked by them. I trusted them and when I got home and started to install all the things i need, I noticed the charger had some scratches, i didn't think is to important and then I made a dead pixel test and i noticed to black dots in the left corner of the screen. I took the lapotp and the box and went back to the shop. I explained the problem and they said they have to order a new one and that i have to wait to arrive, i said it's ok but after two minutes the guy came back and said that he cannot get a new one and that i have 3 options. 1 is that i can keep the refurbished one, 2 was to get my old one back and 3 to receive my money back. I chosed to get my old one back because i knew it was brand new and if i will have any dead pixe;s in the future i can just send it to waranty and get my dislplay replaced. But my confusion is why they said they can't get a new one when i am able to see onljne that they even have it on stock in Sonderborg. I think they did that because i bought mine when it was offer so I paid 7000 dkk and now the price was 8700 dkk and that was the reason. Anyway i just took my old one back and now i lost all my trust in them and i will never buy anything else from Power Denmark because they not worth it. If you read until here i hope my review was helpfull and make you think twice before buying from them. They may have great stuff and offers but the service they provide is not of a good quality at all!!! P.S. I am still waiting for a reply from your side.
Attentive staff, very much like an American electronics store. Lots of suggestive selling, but not pushy about it!

Prices are not optimal, but attendants are very nice and prepared.
Staff is extremely pushy. If you say \I just want to browse\ they just keep on following you around. Reacting on every damn thing you touch. Especially if there is low on other costumers. Prices are not even that good.
