Everything seems to be working perfectly well. The staffs are available and willing to help. There are also a wide range of beautiful/durable and inexpensive wares to choose from. I will vouch for them anywhere, anyday and anytime.

Click and collect is super good service! The staff are very very helpful. But sometimes you could feel disappointed for the wrong product pictures they put on the website that misleading customers.....if this can be improved, then it’s 5 stars :)
Appallingly bad click and collect experience. I get a text informing me that the four items I'd ordered were ready for pickup. When I get there, it turns out that only two of the items are actually present. Then it turns out that the third item is sold out. An employee is sent to find the fourth item in the department 20 meters away, and after ten minutes he's still not back. At that point, I decide to cut my losses and leave with the two items that are actually present. I'll never use click and collect from Bauhaus again.
Good selection of products, however the knowledge of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when the information you get turns out to be wrong and i wasted money buying extra spare parts that are already included in the package. But I guess that kind of advice is good for business, except next time I'll probably just go to one of the cheaper alternatives. They know just at little about what they are selling, but for less.

Great selection, helpful staff and clever Covid-19 measures
Usually a place with a lot of different tools and selections. However, their covid-19 click & collect service is extremely slow - both preparing the items takes much longer than they say and even worse the waiting time for handing out the order is around 30-40 minutes... Also, when they ask for customer feedback their email survey is broken, so it is not possible to provide feedback. Writing to the about the defective survey did not return an answer from them...
