this phone company is one of the best. Why? Well, you as a member, belong to a coop and you share in the profits. Sytek pays great dividends!! They also have the best internet service, fiber optic right to the house with 1 Gig service. Sytek was the first company to bring touch tone phones to the area, like in 1968!

Keep pushing install date for the area out each month. Been pushed out 3 months now. Sounds like a lack of effort to serve the area and satisfy new customers.
Terrible service people (not customer service, just technicians). Zero communication and not helpful at all. Very unmotivated to set up service and then to help once you are a customer. Look elsewhere for you phone and internet needs. Would give zero stars but it’s not an option.
