I came here as soon as they opened up shop! Their pretzels are really tasty, my favorite is the cinnamon bites. They can get messy pretty quick so be sure to grab a few napkins. They also make fresh lemonade, it tastes as if it were freshly squeezed. My only complaint is the lack of seating nearby, but given the circumstances it’s understandable.

Not sure if the corporation has heard about COVID-19, but the only employee not wearing gloves in the kiosk across from Levels was the only employee putting food orders together. Disgusting.

Employees closing early at 9pm. 30 min before closing. 4 bags of pretzels on the counter in front of two 2 employees rushing to close. Turned away customers asking for pretzels. They said they had none..yea...bc you wrapped them all up for yourselves to take home 30 min before closing....

God-awful service. It's a pretty simple job, take order, give customer what they ordered. Somehow this crew of dingbats find that concept hard to comprehend. Had to repeat a dozen times what I wanted and all three of them proceeded to argue with me because they "knew" better than the customer what the customer wants. Apparently, they have PhD level expertise in pretzels and us pretzel-novices couldn't possibly know what we want. Bizarre experience. Never been to an Auntie Anne with great service, so didn't expect much, but this is beyond unacceptable behavior. (For the kiosk location near American eagle)

While the pretzels were fresh and tasty, the people working there were apparently being lazy or trying to hurry too much. They threw 3 fresh, hot, buttery pretzels into a bag without putting each into separate wrappers. This caused them to soak completely through the flimsy paper bag as we walked to our car and they almost fell on the ground.
