Lied about results on time. First they said that blood results will be available for 2 working days. My operation was taking place in 3 days, and it was urgent to have the results on time. So when I came for my results day before the operation, they informed me that I will get the results the next day which was unacceptable. At the end I did blood work in another clinic that gave me results in just 2 hours.
