Prepare yourself to literally get hurt inside of one of their buses... Drivers have extremely aggressive driving, forget completely that are supposed to be professionals behind the steering wheel of a public transportation with people inside... Acceleration and braking are so aggressive, that the passengers look like ragdolls inside the bus... there is no respect for speed limits, other drivers on the road and so on... I use their service on dailly basis, and it is a really bad experience... no wonder people prefer to use their private cars in Luxembourg...

Utterly unreliable. I need to take the bus for a short ride to the local train station every morning. There are 3 different buses that come at the same time which I could (theoretically) take. None of them arrive when they're supposed to (they are either way too early or way too late) which forces me to wait 15 minutes for another one to arrive which in turn makes me miss my train. This has happened twice within a week so far.
Very friendly staff, on side, in bus as on phone service. Always helpful.
Sanem- Gare de Bascharage très souvent du retard, je viens de nouveau de rater le train. Si on doit aller au boulot c' est la catastrophe. Mal organisation on a 3 bus qui se suivent et après on attend, il n'y a plus rien.
