Excellent service from Dave and the team. Initially had an issue with the guitar I received (faulty switch and issue with scratchplate) - but the problem was quickly resolved with no fuss and good communication. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Amazing customer service! Ordered some guitar strings (which I was clueless about which Syphony helped me with, to get the exact strings that came with my guitar)in the morning for click and collect, expected I'd pick the up the next day or maybe the day after. Got a phone call that same day, asking if I'd like them to delivered as they were passing on their way home. Wow! Can't recomend Syphony Music enough :)
