Sylvesters Fish and Chips

Faultless every time. Crispy battered locally caught fish always cooked fresh. Amazing chips, & always lovely friendly staff alongside Claude. Definitely the best we've eaten in a long time so always get them here.

Had fish and chips from here today and I must say they were up there with the best. What a refreshing change to have really crispy batter and chips. Not at all soggy. Everything was cooked to perfection and the guy who served me was very polite and courteous. This place is tucked away from the main road and I will be visiting again.

Fantastic fish and chips. Batter was crispy, and not greasey at all. Chips were cooked fresh as was the fish which was a massive portion!

Outstanding chips, locally caught and prepared cod. Nice to see what smaller egular\ size chip portions. Worth the trip up from East Devon. Friendly service just added to it all. I rarely leave reviews, but rather taken by this post of my home county I haven't visited before.

Very nice chippy. The shop is a very small place. Take away only. Chips were very nice.
