Swimming and pool fitness programs are good. I wish they'd perform pool maintenance at night instead of Friday so we can swim Fridays. Hours suck on the weekend as they open late and close early. Some effort has been made to enhance the gym component with a few more fitness machines and some weight training equipment. A suite of fitness classes is needed as the local gym shut down ie yoga, aerobics, step, spin, etc. The track is cold cold cold as its above the hockey rink. They'd get lots of seniors who go to the community center if they installed plexi glass around the rink.

I come to work out at the nexsource as a mind, body - mental health and stress relief, I am very grateful to have this facility to use and have been using it a couple years now, I realize things have changed due to covid- being said there has to be a better system for cancellations now that you have to book times of use Like a cancel button instead of having to call. It defeats the purpose of drop in especially for track users and if you're sick and don't call your membership gets flagged and you get repremended? I really hope this is figured out, I used to like scanning my card and just going in, now it's not a good experience.

The facility is great, my only complaint is the water temp in the pool is pretty chilly. It makes it hard to enjoy it for very long. I'd be willing to pay a buck or two more to have a comfortable temperature in the main pool.

Very clean during the COVID crisis. Hockey school staff were very cautious and great with the kids.

Wheelchair accessible to rinks, classrooms & washrooms for most chairs. -Enjoy being able to choose seat/space in several sections of rink. Friendly & Knowledgeable Kiosk Staff.
