Bought online, and received in less than two weeks. High-quality UGG boots and superb customer service. Don't settle for cheaper brands or overseas knock-offs. The boots were a great fit, made of quality materials and packaging was excellent. Proud to be supporting Australian businesses during these turbulent times!

I ordered a pair of uggs online internationally from this company, after deciding to support local tradespeople over huge corporations. The service reps were helpful, up until the point where my order didn't arrive after months of waiting. They called me by the wrong name twice, they were giving me shipping information about countries that I don't live in twice, and I was told they would inquire about the package three times but nobody got back at me (in fact after I stopped emailing about the package they have not contacted me at all anymore) The tracking had stopped updating after a month, and after it seemed like they weren't interested in helping I contacted the shipping company who told me to file a chargeback with my creditcard company since the package wouldn't come. I told this to costumer service and they told me to just wait for it to show up by itself, and that I wouldn't get a discount (which I didn't ask for or wanted, I just wanted to know where the package was and if it was even still coming.) All in all I feel like costumer service stops being helpful the minute your package runs into trouble. I tried being understanding due to covid and shipping delays, it's a stressful time, but 5 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait, and paired with the unhelpfulness in tracking my package and the inactivity of costumer service I would think twice about ordering from this store. It's a shame since they seem like a good company, so I was pretty let down.
Great uggs, the real deal! Genuine Aussie made, Aussie materials. Great service too. I needed to amend my order and the accommodated willingly. I will never buy from anywhere else. Happy to support this Aussie family business!
I can't say anything about the boots because they never arrived. They use a dodgy courier service rather than Australia post who delivered to a newsagency that is no longer in business, and everything is automated. Customer service is terrible, they believe the courier not me that the newsagency is in business. I want my money back but it's hard to return UGGs that never arrived.
Love the products and the care that the company puts into. It’s so nice to get something fully Australian made and handmade, not the other brands that they can provide. Love the atmosphere of the store too. Beautiful staff and amazing customer shopping experience!
These are the REAL DEAL UGG boots. Beware that just two blocks west of here, is a store that purports to be Ugg, but they are fake and will fall to pieces.
Love my Australian UGGs. They are truly a little piece of luxury on cold winter nights and especially of late during the many days at home during lockdown. Have bought pairs over the years as gifts and they are cherished by their owners. Quality is second to none and feels great to support an Australian Made, Owned & Operated brand.
