Great shop - always really clean, great range of products which are displayed nicely, competitive prices and most of all, really nice & knowledgeable employees & manager. TSG Park St is now the only tobacco shop I go to in the CBD!

Quaint store, used to be a City Convenience store. Lovely staff behind the counter who was more than happy to welcome you to the store. It may be a small store but it's clean, bright with lovely smell of fresh coffee, as they serve "make yourself coffee" machine here. This is good old fashion service with a smile. There's also an ATM machine here as well, just on the outside wall. Cheers for great services!

They change 20% extra (1.20 for 1 coffee ) for card transaction and I got a cold coffee as in between the coffee machine went out of service. They didn’t offer me fresh one. Not a good customer experience.

Totally avoid this place - they charge too much. 3.50 Cigarette tubes elsewhere in City cost 6 here and on enquiring given very rude attitude and comments to buy from other place. Zero customer service.

Refúses to take coins when purchasing tobacco I said it's currency and all I have clerk got smart and was extremely rude he also said I want your notes not your coins I explained the notes were not mine he did not care I would recommend going elsewhere arrogance is not an appealing quality. Wasn't all in silver was mostly gold coins but hey your manager is a top guy and to take it all out on him would be unfair so I will retract the content and comment soon based on the fact that your manager and owner is a good man and I respect him a lot
