We have been dealing with Mitchell Carlson, at Smartpay, I have found him to be very good, with anything we have asked of Mitchell, regarding our Eftpos machines. I this day and age, FinTech providing you old style informed service, I experienced this with SmartPay and my contact Maisyn. Who was on top of the game through out the process. The terminals powered by Telstra are fantastic. Fact that there is no fee if you clock over certain sales, is great. I love the fact that I can easily forward surcharge to customers. Rolls are free (deliver fee only). I am willing to give these guys 120%.
