Learning Wing Chung at the International Wing Chung Academy has been amazing. The instructors teach you self defence in a fun and friendly environment. Small class sizes for beginners and advanced students, with a flexible time table. Wing Chung is a martial arts that anyone can do and is great for exercise. I absolutely love it.

Moves and techniques were explained well. Hygiene procedures were performed diligently. However, practicing with students of different size and gender is challenging.

The instructors are very encouraging and patient with beginners like me, who at 45 decided to take up a completely new sport. The instructors have always answered any questions that I have asked and have made me feel part of the family.
