Visited the store today hoping to get my sunglasses repaired. I was greeted by Ali, the area manager, a very professional, smart and helpful young man. I returned 20 minutes later and my sunglasses sorted. Wonderful service, highly recommended.

Yesterday I visited the Shipley branch as a new customer, I was advised to see an optician immediately by a doctor, The receptionist was extremely helpful offering me an appointment on the day due to a cancellation,I explained I may be late due to other commitments but she reassured me that they would still manage even if I was late. My appointment was with Tasneem...What a lovely friendly lady! Tasneem spent a lot of time with me answering any questions I had and went into great detail explaining all she had done during the advanced check up.I felt I was in great hands!! A lot to be said about paying a little bit more than just standard NHS charges the quality of care and time spent really is worth that bit extra!!

Javaid was a star - he mended my 89 year old Mums glasses during lockdown while I waited. He even offered to pick them up from her home if necessary. Thank you Javaid - you made an 89 yuear old and her daughter very happy - you are a true hero. Judith Brearton.

Fixed my very broken glasses for me - didn't have to wait around or come back and pick them up. All the members of staff were very polite/accommodating/professional. They also appeared to have a nice range of glasses. I'll definitely get my eyes tested here rather than at a large chain next time.
