Guessing that being a regular customer means nothing to these guys, had to pay to have a machine service after it failed to work, after it had already been through their workshop?!?!?. So will be getting all my stuff serviced elsewhere now I guess!!! Thanks for letting me down walfins!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE ️️️️️ Feeling ripped off!!!! Check the review on yell. Com, 1 star!!! And it seems the other customer reviewing his service on here had a bad experience as well??? Was less than 50% discount you gave me, and quite a bold statement when it was not running properly from the last time you worked on it??? When you had charged me over 200 for the first service, and then tried to charge me over 100again!!!??? However, there are plenty of other places that will happily take my custome

I had a broken hot tub & called into Walfins to discuss purchasing a new one. Through that discussion It was suggested I had their engineer look at my hot tub for possible repair. Turned out to be a low cost repair & I got another year out of it before deciding to renew. Did not hesitate to return & purchase a new tub in response for their honesty the first time round. Had a new Jacuzzi fitted with first class service from all involved. Thanks to all staff & I will happily recommend you in the future.
