Why have you got a website that displays a contact number that does not exist? ? If your linked to APC then your as bad as each other because their 0800 number does not exit either! There is a good reason Royal Mail has been around so long .....they are reliable, have Customer Service that cares and phone lines that exist. For those who are critical of RM then see what you say after trying this Company or Hermes. Covud is not a get out clause for being responsible for a package in your care. Leaving it unattended on a doorstep does not mean it's been delivered !

Waited in for delivery for when i was told it would be there and couldn't believe it when it did! The driver couldn't have been any more helpful, taking the delivery through to my kitchen for me. Daren ( I think thats his name) is a credit to the company and will recommend them in future.
Superb service, was to be delivered between 1505 and 1705 and he turned up at 1605 smack bang in the middle, he was polite and courteous and couldn't do more to help. Such a shame I didn't get his name. He was a really tall fella though, he's a credit to your company.
Worst company ever, sellers website has option to live parcel with neighbours, he just took it back instead, looks like their ext day delivery\ is \we will put card through the door and you need to drive over 2 hours to get you parcel\. Can we still call it delivering tho? Worst service ever!!! Shame is not customer choice buying online who is delivering goods. Rather pay 5 and not need to worry about my parcel or spending half of the day when you should be at work using undelivered item... First time I couldn't find opening hours on the internet must be hidden well, might even end up going there and not getting it because they are closed...
Atrocious Service, Incorrectly recorded as carded, when whole family were at home and looking out for delivery! Customer service failed to call back as promised, after checking on whereabouts of parcel. Apparently they are going to make a special effort to deliver it tomorrow AM now.........Oooooo lucky me! Looks like their 24 hour service, may only take six days to get to me! I may not hold my breath
