We enjoyed a family get together on Saturday and can't say enough good things about your care of us. The food itself was excellent, with plenty of choice. The customer care was outstanding! We had to change our booking twice and each time the staff were so obliging and kind. Thank you so much, all of you. I hope we can come back another time!

I go here with my family once or twice a month! When Toby is involved, there's always something to celebrate! The food is clearly fresh and the staff is happy and productive (if you get them at the right time). Staff has always been friendly and has truly made this tasty restaurant more of a delight! This place has never let me down!

Ordered carvery from just eat. Delivery time was quick, the quality of food was very poor. I would suggest only eating in and not delivery as they just throw the bad meat on your tray

Nice, family carvery that offered reasonably priced roast dinners amongst other pub dishes that were available to choose from. During Covid times it meant that I was required to book for myself and family members and was guided to the table by staff. Members of staff informed us of any items on the menu that may not be available due to the current situation- which was welcomed and appreciated. Menu was big enough to suit all family members including children. In regards to the carvery, I was pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes for the price paid - a good amount of vegetables on offer and also classic favourites like roast potatoes and stuffing! I purchased an unlimited refill fizzy drink and upon my first refill I attended the bar with no issues, the second time I asked I was challenged by staff asking whether I'd ordered my refills via the app - I had not. The kind waitress said that she would go and get my drink and despite waiting 15 minutes it arrived with a smile and an apology. The only issue I had was that at the carvery station social distancing wasn't always maintained between customers in the que - other than that it was a lovely and pleasant experience by all.

We usually love Toby carvery in swindon. The food was not really hot. Just warm. My mum had black forest gateux. Not very nice, it's a piece of chocolate cake with a sauce on top and 3 cherries.because of covid staff serve food, it is slapped on the plate like a prison canteen. Why not if everyone sanitize there hands then they can use the ladles?. It's a shame because toby is lovely.

Had a lovely Carvery at the place with my mate. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The roast was also very nice. I will differently come back again.
