Absolutely amazing and outstanding service. Especially from Lee Bean who was helpful from the very beginning all the way through the purchase of our Audi Q2. Lee listened to us and helped us with our questions/queries and was very professional and knowledgeable. On the way to pick up our Audi we were running very late (M4 traffic!!!) and Lee was brilliant with changing his day around to still see us. Thank you Lee for everything you done for us and I have recommended family and friends to you.

I just want to say a big thank you to Lee Bean for making the purchase of my Audi such a great experience. Lee has been excellent and professional throughout the sale and I even got a big bunch of flowers when I collected my car. Thank you again. Following on from the above, the aftersales service has let Audi Swindon down. I have had emails ignored and, as the car I purchased only came with one key, I am currently waiting to be reimbursed for getting the new key coded locally. I have now been waiting 3 weeks and my emails regarding this have been ignored. I also queried the fact that the tyre sealant canister was 4 years out of date when I purchased the car, but again my email was ignored. The car is excellent and I am very happy with it but It feels that once you've driven away, you are forgotten about.

Don't bother placing a 99 deposit on a car online, you'll never get it back if you change your mind! Have rang them 8 times over two months for this and there's always an excuse as to why they haven't done it yet ! No real apology given either for the amount of times we have had to ring to chase this up... still waiting for refund....
