The team were fantastic. Massive thanks to Jade, Shannon & Karen. Before my first visit, i had no idea about tortoises and how to keep them. They taught me everything i needed to know about looking after a horsefield tortoise. They have incredible stock with high quality goods. Thank you so much, i have a very happy girlfriend on her birthday! - Terry was exploring its new log tunnel at the time of the photo.

I honestly love this place. Staff are great and knowledgeable, good variety of animals (lizards, snakes, frogs, tarantula etc.) and fish. Great amount of accessories for animals.
Customer service was great. They are well stocked however not very knowledgeable about the frog we were purchasing which was disappointing.
Absolutely amazing service from the very knowledgeable and friendly team. Popped into the new shop on Saturday to pick up some live food for my Beardie and fell in love with the beautiful Yemen Chameleons that they had for sale. So much so that I was back the following day to find out more about them. Karen and her team were so helpful and did a fantastic deal on the whole set up, so I am now the happy owner of one of these beautiful chameleons who I have named Harley.
Excellent shop for the purchase of tropical sundries and most other pet items a must to visit for all pet owners. Staff friendly and helpful.
