Order not received and when questioned first time they couldn't confirm if the order had actually been made. Numerous e mails later I still do not know if product has been made. Apparently it's with royal mail. Waiting now on full refund.

Ordered my shirt on the 9th of July. Next day delivery still not received 3 weeks later so called them back and they said it has been misplaced. Then no phone reply for 2 weeks. Finally got back onto them after calls and Facebook messages. They said on the phone that they would not refund me the next day shipping. Since it had now been a month!. Anyway after speaking to supervisor FINNALY told I have got a new item on the way and the shipping refunded. Its now been 2 weeks and still no shirt!! A month and a half after ordering now twice. Not enough people work at halford swindon you allways have to wait .up to 15 to 20 minutes queue on a busy day .having said that whoever you asking for help they want to help you with a smile on their face .you just can't fault the staff .but that's when you find them free !!
These guys really care about what they are doing with a product to match. I found they couldn't help enough and I was really impressed by the customer service, competitive pricing and can do attitude.
