I never ever had to remind him - he always reminded me and got things moving in time before the closing date despite several hiccups and potential delays from the other company, from where my pension had to be transferred from. the successful outcome would never have happened f it wasn't for Michael.I would 100% recommend Michael and the company anytime - if you would like peace of mind and no hassle.
