If there were 6 stars I'd give them. I found Gogglebox on line and after a call Darryl visited me promptly in Devizes and carried out repairs and recommended replacements where needed. His service was excellent and his hygiene care during the current lockdown could not be faulted. He also went the further mile and taught me how to use my television and recorder properly! I would recommend him unhesitatingly. Many thanks to him for all his help.

Excellent service at a fair price. My Samsung 32 inch bedroom TV had stopped working, but Gogglebox fixed it the same day at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly know who to call for any future TV repairs. Excellent Covid hygiene practices too.

I had a problem with the LED lights at the back of my TV turning blue, affecting the picture quality. As the TV was only 4 years old, and knowing this was a common fault with some LED televisions, I decided to look online for a local repair company, and found Gogglebox. I emailed Darryl on the Sunday evening asking for a quote. He responded within the hour with a very fair price. We arranged for the TV to be collected and it was returned 48 hours later, as good as new again! As an added extra, Darryl lent me a TV while he repaired mine. I cannot fault the friendly and reliable service I received. I would definitely recommend Gogglebox to anyone. If I ever have anymore issues with television’s/DVD players etc then Gogglebox will be my first port of call.

Great reponsive service from Darryl. Two LED covers had fallen off that had created light spots on the screen. Further investigation identified another 5 loose covers. Darryl repaired all covers and the Samsung TV picture has been fully restored.
