Hannah always gets back to us very quickly and corresponds by email and phone which I really appreciate. She reads correspondence thoroughly to understand our needs. She is honest which I appreciate the most because previous agents have not been and I respect honesty over convenience much more. Knew the various areas of Swindon that we were interested in and spoke about all the positives of each. Took the time to understand what we were looking for. Pre-empted a number of the questions that we had regarding the property and surrounding area. He also pointed out features in the property that would have been easy to miss (e.g. Speakers) and made us feel very comfortable.
