Gatekeeper Estate Agent and Letting Agent Swindon

I have 2 properties in different towns with Gatekeeper which I rent out. Both the local teams and central office team are exceptionally customer focused. They always have answers to questions and take the time to explain details and make recommendations. My tenants are also really happy with the service and support they receive.

Really impressed by Daniel, he was very knowledgeable not only about this property but others that we had been to (With other agents). Knew the various areas of Swindon that we were interested in and spoke about all the positives of each. Took the time to understand what we were looking for. Pre-empted a number of the questions that we had regarding the property and surrounding area. He also pointed out features in the property that would have been easy to miss (e.g. Speakers) and made us feel very comfortable.

Sold my house recently through Gatekeeper. Sam was brilliant with us at the valuation as it was the first time selling a house so we needed some hand holding! From there Dan was excellent at negotiating the deal for us and helping us every step of the way through the sale - would highly recommend Dan and Sam

Hannah always gets back to us very quickly and corresponds by email and phone which I really appreciate. She reads correspondence thoroughly to understand our needs. She is honest which I appreciate the most because previous agents have not been and I respect honesty over convenience much more. Hannah is professional but friendly and approachable and always make me feel heard and trusted and doesnt doubt my intentions. She is doing a fab job of managing our property and I'm very grateful.
