Please support your local cinema and the staff who make our visits such a joy.....we went to watch two by two overboard this week during half term. We entered the building and the hand sanitisers were in line of sight. We hadn't ordered the tickets online as we had some vouchers. The staff was courteous and friendly and sorted the vouchers and movie snacks. The auditorium has recently been renewed and we were quite shocked as there were only approx 12 people in the whole auditorium. All the seats and cinema as a whole was quite clean. Thanks Empire for ensuring we could have some normality to half term with the kids.

5 star for the overall cinema experience. Excellent seats, clean premises, lots of screens and IMAX options. Staff when we were there were friendly and helpful. You'll pay cinema prices for food and drinks, but choice is plentiful and there is a sweetshop on site. Worth noting was the ease of online booking and ticket collection. The website is step-by-step, illustrated in terms of seat allocation, and online payment was east to understand. On arrival simply key in the code number you have received and tickets print out instantly at the automated ticket machine. Once in the venue, we found the screens to be big and projection quality and audio to be very good. Toilets were clean and plentiful. Note that there are several fast food and restaurant eating options just a couple of minutes away in case you want to eat before or after the film. Lots of parking right in front of the cinema too.

Haven't been for long time has been updated service good and fair prices for tickets. Seating not bad and do follow government covid guid lines do miss Cineworld tho

Nice cinema, easy to park and 100% supports social distancing.. you do feel safe.

Empire Cinemas IMAX located in the Greenbridge Retail and Leisure park has several screens. We went to the park to see Lego Movie 2. The whole experience was spoiled by the kid seated behind us constantly kicking back of our seat.
