Well stocked and easy to park. Bit difficult to follow the arrows around the store though when you want to go up and down isles but they are all 1 direction and you double back on yourself then go the wrong way compared to the arrow
Click and collect, very pleased to see staff safely protected, and an organised system in place, one window to give order details, and another window where collection is promptly delivered. Very friendly and helpful staff, during what us a difficult time for all.
Great coffee shop and jacket potatoes, with full VAT saving passed onto customers on all menu items too. Even starbucks hasn't managed that one!
Painful experience. This is the 2nd order I've made in lockdown... will be my last. Firstly the item didn't come with fixing screws despite saying it does. Then I wait for hours, only to not receive the \your item is resdy\ message. I go to the store 5 hours later and it is still not ready. Despite email saying both 1 hour and 3 hours wait (on the same email....?) So then I am told you have a system issue? Why not email and tell me that?
