Poor service from 2 women on reception. Insisted on opening my carefully packaged parcel, with all the correct labels, destroying the box. Made me feel like a prisoner, wanting to see the actual item being sent.. never had that at the post office, which i will use in future. Wanted me to buy their box, which i refused. And then tried to steal 27.80 to deliver this really tin and light parcel to the north of England.checked website later and found they would have collected it from me and delivered for7.50.. incompetent and rude staff comes to my mind Eventually after being made to feel uncomfortable i picked up my parcel and left. Wasted 20mins of my life dealing with incompetent people..
