The Shakespeare

Very disappointed with the customer service we received from this company. Having taken several phone calls to arrange an engineer to come out and fix a glass washer before the weekend they turned up at the wrong time and would not come back at the time agreed once the parts had arrived. Rather than admitting their mistake and tryng to help rectify the situation they lied and said it was our fault and that they would rather refund us the money.

Extremely efficient service from start to finish - quite refreshing! I was originally unsure which product would be most suitable for my needs so I called Carlton Sales and spoke to a very pleasant representative who took the time to find out what my requirements were and then guided me towards a selection of products in different price ranges so that I could choose one that fitted in with my budget. An explanation of each product and its benefits were given to me and I then had enough information to make my decision. All of the products were on the website so it was easy to find and I had no problems ordering directly through the website (even for a technophobe like me!). My order was delivered very quickly without issue. It assembled easily and a slight confusion with the settings (on my behalf) was quickly rectified with one quick telephone call to the support team. This was my first time purchasing from Carlton and won't be the last order I make with these guys! In the past I have suffered with poor service from other suppliers (before and after sales), but not this time. Regards One very happy Mr Sinclair!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Have never been treated so badly by a company in 15 years of trading.firstly they sent a damaged dishwasher with dented front which was only replaced after a lot of hassle and taking three days.Then after only a month of having the dishwasher we turn it on and it floods our kitchen phone them for help to be told it's not there fault fill an online form out and then they will talk to us no help no sorry just blunt and rude staff ask to speak to a manager told one will call back.when he called me back told his name was Tim and he was a director of the company he was not interested in the problem I had told me they were and Internet only company( hard to believe as formed in 1978) and that I was rude to his staff when I stated I was not he told me they don't want to deal with me and goaded and goaded me.
