Disappointed with the number balloons purchased at Butterfly balloons. Theses balloons were picked from the store yesterday and within 24hours they have started to deflate. Very expensive compared to other card shops/supermarket. I didn’t get my monies worth at all !!! I won’t be purchasing again from the shop again.
I ordered a few years ago from this company and was very happy with my purchase so this year being a special birthday decided to head back to butterfly balloons. I contacted Laura with a balloon i had seen and was after purchasing. I was asked what type/theme i was after, after stating what i would like i felt as though had Laura turned on me and became very blunt with me. I brushed this off and carried on but i was left wondering if she was even going to fulfill my order, contacted me on the day to say it was ready. On arrival into the shop i felt tension after saying who i was. I was told in a rude way that because i had not paid in advance the balloon was not ready (i had not been informed of this and assumed paying on the day was ok) when i recieved the balloon instead of dairy milk caramel was nestle rolos and instead of refreshers was some random fizers both of which my daughter does not like so i now have a balloon half filled with stuff my daughter doesn't like and a bad experience which has tainted my memory of what should be a happy occasion.
Bought balloons for 60th birthday, absolutely fabulous, lasted 3 weeks!!. Highly recommend, great service.
