Absolutely terrible service - DO NOT USE!! The team are rude, incompetent and very slow with their work. They made several mistakes which delayed the purchase of my property significantly. I was forced to put a formal complaint in the service was so sub-standard, esp for the high fees. DO NOT USE.
This is the worst service I could receive. There is no explanation to any thing. Information flow is just not existing. My buyer was waiting for information when and where to pay deposit and they was waiting for him to pay. When he has paid and they confirm it, 4 days later they said that they still waiting for his payment so cant exchange. Work with them is really stressful battle. Strongly unrecord to use this solicitors.
Brilliant conveyancing team, Jas is obviously an excellent solicitor and her team are fabulous. All done in double quick time, fast purchase, couldn't be better, definitely recommended for house sale or purchase.
We have been very disappointed with the service received from these solicitors. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent and very upsetting experience. With a result of us losing our dream home and very costly and time consuming. We blame Paul Gray 100% for the failure of the sale and purchase due to his lack of enthusiasm to complete this sale, because he knew full well that he was going to get paid regardless. This man has no morals or compassion.
