It’s always a challenge to find a mechanic you can trust; especially when you are at the mercy of the car industry. I’ve been going to Autoboss for years now and I’m never disappointed. They never do any work unnecessarily and I always feel I’m being looked after. Never ripped off with prices and advice is freely given. Today was no exception - I thought my brakes were going and I was informed they still had 50% left. Just needed the new tyres I was already planning to get. No work needed and no work done. Couldn’t recommend Danny and his team enough.
Have used them in the past and spent quite a bit of money with them in the past, seemed helpful in the past, so I overlooked his abrupt nature. Tried to book in for a service and suspension work, and wanted to talk to mechanic not the apprentice. It went down hill from there when he became unhelpful and rude. No more business or recommendations from me thank you.
Dan was honest and upfront before work started, breath of fresh air so immediately trusted him. I was rewarded as he sorted issue with my BMW and from now on he will have my business and I shall recommend him to friends.
