Friday 16th October 2020. Used telephone system to arrange a Doctor's Telephone Discussion. On the line waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, finally got through to be informed that there are NO Appointments available for next week, try again on Monday. Would it not be simple for the system to be able to inform you that there are No Appointments Available when one first goes into the waiting queue, after all the initial 2 minutes is an automatic message informing people about Covid -19 and how busy everybody is, and how hard everybody is working! I was initially number 38 in the system, if there was such a message to start with perhaps there would be no queue and then people would not spend unnecessary time and indeed telephone cost in listening to their truly dreadful music! This would also give the staff time to deal with any urgent medical needs and save time and cost for all concerned.

Absolutely fuming! Worst surgery! I’ve had numerous problems with this “doctors surgery” and I’ve been registered here for 3 years! Called this morning to make an appointment and they’ve told me I’m not on the system! How can I have attended every appointment at a surgery I’m registered with for 3 years but not be on the system? So now I need to register again for somewhere I’m already registered at! The staff don’t have a clue what they’re doing! No wonder it was in the papers for being the worst surgery in Swindon

was answered, then to be told all the appointments had gone. this is the second year I'd not been able to use the appointment booking system. However, the very nice lady on the phone, understanding the issue, managed to arrange an appointment as it had been 2 years since my last review. it's a shame I missed her name. anyway, 5 stars for her and -10 for the surgery.

On the whole absolutely fabulous. The let down is Morden as a sister surgery and poor telephone communication.
