I would definitely recommend using this company and specifically this branch, as me and my partner recently have sold a property using Swetenhams Estate Agents in Northwich. They were very professional and couldn’t do more for us during a very stressful time. From the start of the process Gary was excellent in advising us throughout our mortgage application and always went the extra mile to help us. Eleanor went above and beyond throughout to help us put our property on sale and also with our next move. I would also like to point out that the sales team such as Julia and Georgia non-stopped helped with the sales progression and without this we would have waited a lot longer to sell our house. I would like to say a massive thank you to the whole team for their hard work and commitment to allow us to sell our house and move into our new home.
I have recently rented a property through Swetenhams. Their lettings department is managed by Charlotte and Chris, both of whom are friendly and professional. They managed to get me into my new home efficiently. I feel if I need any help with the property as a tenant, they are approachable enough for me to be comfortable to get in touch with.

Great service, from both the sales team, especially Georgia and Julia who are very helpful and the mortgage team who I have used for the last 10 years but mainly Gary (whose office is great being above the estate agents) in the last 6 years, and will continue to do so.
