My wife received a bouquet unfortunately they were not to the value of money spent My mother in law was not made aware of all the charges was only told about a 8 delivery and not the percentage that Inter flora take, she would of otherwise not used this shop. I contacted the shop but they were not prepared to send anymore flowers to the value of money that my mother in law spent, I will be following up and also happy to contact trading standards for the way she was mislead also she was not shown a picture of what would be sent, again what a pretty disgusting way of getting a sale from a 78 year old pensioner. This bouquet cost her 38 of which advised deliveryy 8 but I reiterate no other charge was discussed.
