Edit: after third attempt to order which was either Thursday or Friday. The owner called and explained why they could not fulfill the Just Eats order. Because the \Eat Out to Help Out\ caused an influx in customers on our other two order days. Tried to encourage us to come in for 50% off. We declined as not going into restaurants/food establishments, barely go into any buildings. Groceries are delivered. Could have contacted us after the first cancelled order when it was slow of a few days later... Would have been better customer service. ORIGINAL POST was 1star review Placed an order through Just Eats as still not going into shops. And they rejected my order and turned off Just Eats ordering.
First time I tried Sweet sensation, it was fabulous, I ordered strawberry crepe and strawberry cookie dough, and Sunday Berry liicious, wow amazing best dessert place I been, please try you will be overwhelmed with the taste, will definitely come again, a very satisfied customer. THANKS ABID
Aug 3. They cancelled 6:15pm delivery order for the day when they opened at 5:30pm. Horrible to have orders available to be place and cancel without reason once they opened. If they were not going to be able to do deliveries through they should not of had it available to order. Aug 10. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. Waited until they were open and made another order for delivery. Saw they were taking orders (as not turned off) and made an order. Just eats contacted them (we were alerted) & shocking Sweet Sensation rejected our order again and turned off Just eats ordering. Two strikes!
Friendly staff, good quality food, reasonably priced. Their ice cream is made in house so some of the flavours are unique to this shop, hopefully they will develop weird and wonderful flavours we can try!!
