We have stayed in many properties throughout the years, this is by far the worst. We booked and paid to stay 2 nights on 5th Sept. Unfortunately due to the noise and no hot water we were only able to stay 1 night. We are still waiting on a refund for the 2nd night, even though the landlord agreed to refund. I have never given a bad review before but we were so let down by this property and don't want anyone else to experience this. I would definitely never stay here.

Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights as we was working around poole Bournemouth area as key workers. the owner was so welcoming and brilliant would definitely recommend rooms are lovely and cosy
