Sweet as a nut catering were amazing. They did a 3 course sit down meal and hog roast for us. They were friendly, amenable and professional throughout. We hired Lottie and the team to put on a cooked breakfast spread and a three course, Greek dinner for a stag do. The food was amazing, they brought everything they needed with them and were incredibly flexible when making arrangements. It can be a bit daunting booking this kind of thing, but this is definitely restaurant quality food in your home. Get booking now.
Sweet as a nut catered for my wedding on Saturday and just wow! Charlotte and Matt are so lovely and friendly which is hard to come by in a lot of places! The hog roast was amazing (from what my guests told me as I'm a veggie) and the vegetarian option was so yummy! They were so amazing and professional! Defiantly recommended them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you so much for making our day even more special with the food :)
We booked Sweet As A Nut for a birthday celebration whilst self-catering on holiday, liaising with Matthew and Lottie throughout the process. A meal for 6 adults and 2 children. We worked through menu selection in advance and made our choices from across a couple of their ranges. They provided some additional options to suit our tastes. A couple of gaps in communication during the planning (due to other client commitments) but we had allowed enough lead time so no issue. It was a bit daunting not knowing who was going to arrived (and indeed if they would actually turn up). But on the day Matthew and his assistant arrived on time and set to work quickly, efficiently and quietly in the kitchen leaving us to enjoy our pre dinner drinks (self provided). They had brought everything they needed (except a freezer for the ice cream but we had space) and did not disturb us at all. The meal was served at the desired time and professionally done, checking in on each course midway through. The food itself received no complaints....it was well cooked and tasty. And come the end of service the kitchen was left cleaner than when they arrived. In house dining was a great option for a private celebration, and saved us finding a babysitter for the baby. And if I’m honest 260 for a customised 3 course meal for 62 was far better value than I had expected. Would for sure use the team again if we were in the area.
