Cancelled with less than 48 hours notice at a weekend when the clean was booked over a month ago. End of tenancy clean so no chance of finding anyone else. Impossible to contact previously as well with queries about the booking, never responds to messages despite saying they respond in under an hour. Strongly recommend you do not use!
