Quiet enough to allow you to get on with your workout and friendly, well equipped with pleasant staff. Unbelievably good membership prices! Suitable for anybody at any level, this isn't an imposing gym at all. Plenty of classes on offer and 1:1 PT if you need it. Recommend you take a look!

Absolutely love this gym! Everyone is very welcoming. I have Just started PT Sessions and I'm already noticing a difference in my fitness level. I have also tried a few classes but Boogie Bounce is my favourite.
