Absolutely amazing bridal shop. I recommend this place to anyone I know who is getting married. The staff are so friendly and always remembered who I was for all my appointments. They have a great selection of dresses and are welcoming to whatever circumstance. They have an in-house seamstress who is extremely talented and is welcome to fitting to your schedule as much as possible. They have adapted so well to everything going on with Covid and their brides are always top priority. ️

Would 100% recommend this shop for anyone looking for a truly special dress and shopping experience. When I purchased my dress from here, I went there with a rough idea of what I was looking for. The staff were so helpful with helping me select dresses to try on based of what I was thinking of. The dress I ended up buying was the second one I tried on and completely fell in love with it (and still am!). Throughout the pandemic there has been so many uncertainties and worries. I never once worried about my dress being an issue as the store have been fantastic with communications and have been so reassuring. I have to mention how amazing the store were before my wedding, which happened on the 2/10/2020. My husband and I were getting married in West Wales, and with Swansea going into lockdown, and needing to get out before the lockdown date, I required my dress earlier that anticipated. My dress was still with the seamstress and not yet steamed. The store were very compassionate and understanding the situation completely. The owner went to pick up my dress for me from the seamstress and steamed it the same day so I could come and collect it in a few hours, allowing my family and I to get out of Swansea before lockdown so we could still have the wedding we had been dreaming of. This touching gesture will stay with my husband and I forever, because essentially this was a vital part of our day, as this awful pandemic has stripped away so much from so many engaged couples. Thank you for everything, I have already started recommending your store to newly engaged couples as I can’t fault your services.
