Throughout this entire pandemic the staff at this branch have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of patrons. They have ensured compliance with the regulations which at times have proven to be counterproductive to normal shop function. The staff have shown a dedication to the company and have remaind consummate professionals always being polite and helpful. Particular mention should be given to Brent despite being considered considerably vulnerable to the virus he returned to work the moment it was safe and has carried out his work to the highest standard being a model employee demonstrating the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Despite not always being the cheapest supplier the service provided by the staff will ensure my continued custom and dedication to this branch.

Popped in to pick up some bits and pieces for a long planned DIY project at home. I had a few questions/queries and was helped out by one of your staff named Gavin Morgan, who really couldn't help me enough. He was the only staff member I dealt with, but can only hope that the other staff are only half as helpful, polite, patient and respectful as Gavin was today. He really is a credit to the Company. Ever expanding product range here. Click 'n' collect through lockdown has certainly contributed to resolving a few maintenance requirements at home. Allows checking stock from home before making a journey and no risk of it being sold before arrival. Knowledgeable and helpful humble staff, professional service. Great customer service for exchange and returns when required. My biggest disappointment was the removal of Douwe Egberts from the free vending machine to be fair. Though with the pandemic, don't expect any of that to be available. One way foot traffic and shields in place to aid with safety. No longer using the outdoor gazebo making it easier and safer manoeuvring outside with fewer pedestrians.
